5 Places You Can Find A Delicious Affordable Lunch

Lunch is one of those meals of the day that kind of breaks up your workday. It is a little break from the early morning to the afternoon hours. But the big problem we all have at work is finding a lunch it’s both delicious and it’s not too hard on the Wallet.

I have five lunch spots that are not only delicious but cheap.

1. Taco Tico. Taco Tico has been a  staple of the Texarkana area and was my go-to place when I was in high school. Now that they have come back to Texarkana, the food is better than ever and you can find extremely affordable very delicious meals for lunch every day. Do you know for less than $6 you can get two tacos a taco burger and a drink? Taco Tico is located at 4833 Texas Boulevard.

2. China Inn. China Inn offers great affordable lunch specials. From the Sweet and Sour Chicken to the Princess Prawns or one of my favorites the Special Fried Rice your dollar goes a long way. Lunch specials start at $5.95. China Inn is located at 4305 Stateline Avenue.

3. Chappo's Cuisine. If Italian is your thing then Chappo's Cuisine is your spot. Chappo's has daily lunch specials starting at $7.95. Lunch specials include salad and an entrée from Chicken Parmesan, to ravioli, even lasagna you can’t go wrong with Chappos. Chappo's Cuisine is located at  3919 North Stateline.

4. The Golden Lady. If it good home cooking you are looking for, then the Golden Lady is where you will find daily $5 lunch specials. From Chicken to pork chops the lunch special also includes two sides and that is a serious deal on some great food. The golden lady is located at 1721 East 9th Street.

5. Wendy's. If burgers and chicken are the things you are craving Wendy's in Texarkana has the best deal for you. The four for $4 is the best deal in fast food. With a sandwich 4 nuggets and a drink, the price is head to beat and they have a fast drive-through. Wendy's has two locations in Texarkana 3737 New Boston Road in Texarkana Texas and 110 East 49th Street in Texarkana, Arkansas.
