The Armenian government might want to look into upgrading their infrastructure just a bit.

You know how full of rage you get when your favorite website is down or when your Internet connection is acting finicky?

Well, imagine a country-wide outage that lasted for half a day -- all because a 75-year-old woman accidentally clipped the wrong cable.

That's what happened in the country of Georgia a few days ago. The elderly woman was looking for a copper wire near her home and came upon a fiber optic cable that was responsible for supplying the Internet to 90 percent of the country. She snipped it and POOF! Within a matter of seconds, the country's Internet was no more.

It took about 12 hours for the Georgian Railway Telecom to find and correct the woman's unfortunate mistake. Though she didn't do it on purpose, the unnamed woman now faces three years in prison.
