Back Alley Food Court Downtown This Saturday, Aug. 20

Loosen your belts and get your palates ready for some of the best street food in the ArkLaTex at the Back Alley Food Court this Saturday, 10 AM til food vendors sell out!

Shout out to Tameka Grady and Diva Maintenance for always bringing excitement and good eats to the city. She does it out of love for the people in Texarkana. I was able to catch up with her today, and she had this to say:

I feel as if this event is the people's choice. The food festivals are always so successful, and the community keeps asking for more. So, I decided to bring food trucks from all over the ArkLatex to be a part of our very own downtown food court.... The 'Back Alley Food Court'.

The Back Alley Food Court boasts over 26 food vendors, including the following:

Blue Water Bayou Bistro

Jefferson's Mobile Grilling

K'Jeune's Cajun Cafe Roulet

Po Boy's Barbeque

Taco Madres

Shirley's Lumpia Shack

Sanda Rose Kitchen

Philly Phresh Water Ice

and many more.

GOOD NEWS: THE EVENT IS FREE and according to Tameka Grady, the Back Alley Food Court" will take place the 3rd weekend July, August, and September. That gives us two weeks prior to diet each month!
