- 19 years old or older
- Bowie or Cass county resident
- Low Income
- First Generation College Student
- You have never earned a certificate or degree from a college or vocational program
The Educational Opportunity Center team is located on the Texarkana College campus in the Nelson Administration building in the Office of Enrollments services.
