Free Car Seat With Completion of Baby & Toddler Care Classes

1st Choice Pregnancy Resource Center is giving away NEW car seats and highchair booster seats to parents who complete FREE baby and toddler care classes.  

I had the distinct pleasure of interviewing the lovely Ms. Dearice Spencer-Shackleford, life coach, volunteer and teacher at 1st Choice Pregnancy Resource Center for Texarkana Matters, our public affairs show. I learned so much!

Did you know that 1st Choice Pregnancy Resource Center provides FREE baby and toddler care classes at Pecan Ridge at 1 PM every Wednesday and Friday. And that's not even the best part.... Moms and dads can earn "Baby Bucks" to spend at the Baby Boutique located inside 1st Choice Pregnancy Center. Also parents who complete six Baby Care classes will receive a new car seat. Parents who complete 6 Toddler Care classes will receive a new highchair booster seat. Oh and that's not it! Parents will receive a GOOD BAG full of baby items at each class.

So what are these classes about? I'm glad you asked!

Baby Care is a class that allows moms and/or dads to brush up on their infant care skills before their little one arrives or for first time parents, it teaches how to care for their new bundle of joy.

Toddler Care is for parents of children under three to help in many different areas of as the parent/toddler relationship grows. This class covers play & milestones, raising emotionally healthy children, healthy discipline, general health and safety, potty training and nutrition.
