Harvest Regional Food Bank will have a mobile pantry coming to Nashville Arkansas on February 2.
This mobile pantry will take place in Howard County on February 2, from 9 am until 11 am or until the boxes are all handed out. The pantry will hand out 144 USDA Community Pantry boxes. They will be given out at 1301 Johnson St. in Nashville Arkansas.
To qualify for these pantry boxes you must have an updated driver's license or photo identification card, or proof of your current address. You must be a Howard County resident. Camille Wrinkle the executive director for Harvest Texarkana had this to say about these mobile pantries:
“With the continued increase in need for hunger relief, it’s more important than ever that Harvest continue meeting the needs of our food-insecure neighbors where they are,”
Harvest is continuing to take COVID-related safety measures and as such this will be a drive-through event, food boxes will be loaded directly into vehicles. Recipients will not be allowed to exit the vehicle or park to pick up food.
This organization is an equal opportunity provider.
