According to new data from the U.S. Census Bureau, Centerton is now the sixth-fastest growing city in the U.S. where the population grew by 11.2% as of last year.


Centerton is in the heart of Northwest Arkansas Centerton is a suburb with a population of 24,000, according to living in Bentonville, and is one of the best places to live in Arkansas.


With great schools, businesses, attractions, forests, and rivers residents living here love the Ozark Mountain region's great outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, and camping. Centerton is only a 15-minute drive to Bentonville and Rogers, Arkansas. Centerton is the home for Dave and Jenny Marrs of HGTV's Fixer to Fabulous they have their own Mercantile Shop in the historic district.

  • Fort Smith -  ( 629 more residents)
  • Little Rock - (1,278 more residents) 0.6%
  • Hot Springs - (59 more residents) 0.2%

However, some other large cities in Arkansas showed a population downward trend.

  • Texarkana - Lost 164 residents (0.6% decrease)
  • North Little Rock - Lost 71 residents (0.6%)
  • West Memphis - Lost 690 residents (2.8%)
  • Pine Bluff - Lost 2,138 residents (5.2%)
