Everybody that's feeling you are not FILLING you. And you have to know the difference. 

We all like attention, but all attention doesn't come with good intentions. There's a force out there that seeks to keep you distracted with a feeling.

So rule of thumb, to never mistake one for the other is to simply feed what feeds you. Fill what fills you. Nurture the things/people in life that nurture you. Take care of the things and people that take care of you. We spend way too much time and energy in our feelings. Meanwhile, we're neglecting our fillings.  You can't give anything to anyone if YOU, yourself are empty!  So today, intentionally make a decision to water all that keepsyou creative, sane, healthy, happy and most importantly at peace.
