Four States Fair

The Four States Fair parade is on Saturday, September 13, 2014 in Downtown Texarkana beginning at 10 a.m.

The 2014 Four States Fair and Rodeo will be in Texarkana starting next week. This is the 70th year of the fair and rodeo. The rides, food, entertainment and fun will be here before you know it. Friday, September 12 - Sunday, September 21.

The Texarkana Drill Team performed at the Four States Fair and Rodeo each night beginning at 7:10 p.m. My sister and several friends ride in the group. I tried it one year--I kind of stunk it up so I decided to watch rather than participate.

After torrential rains hammered Texarkana all night and all day, it should come as no surprise that fair carnival will be closed Friday night.

The 23rd Annual Demolition Derby at the Four States Fairgrounds was officially sold out! It was standing room only and the fans kept coming, and for a couple of really big reasons.
