Bowie County Emergency Operations Center reports 20 new cases since Thursday, October 8, 2020 for a total of 1,445 positive COVID-19 cases, with 74 deaths. The Department of State Health Services is reporting 1,067 recoveries. Miller County has 1042 total cases, 124 active positive cases, 905 recovered and 11 deaths.
