When summer hits kids are out of school but some kids are left without breakfast and lunch. Children still need nutritious meals in the summer months. The Summer Food Service Program provided by Texarkana Independent School District Child Nutrition Department means children and teens ages 18 and younger can a healthy breakfast and lunch throughout the summer at no cost. They just need to show up a
