Texarkana Board to Take up Bulk Item Pickup for Residents
The Texarkana Arkansas Board of Directors meet tonight at Arkansas side City Hall.
One of the items on the agenda will be to set a fee schedule for a bulk item pickup service, which used to be called Dial-a-Truck.
