If it hasn't offended you yet, hang in there, I'm sure it will one day. But that is part of the charm of El Arroyo's Tex-Mex Restaurant's sign in Austin, Texas. Almost nothing is sacred and that's what comedy is all about. I must make this proposition right here, right now... this is the world's greatest sign.

My dad always said that a pun is the lowest form of humor when used by anyone else but yourself... he was right of course. But I love a good pun and this restaurant's website is loaded with them.

One of our sons lives in Austin and he says the food at El Arroyo is great, just another reason to stop by next time you're there. We tried to eat there once, but the line was out the door, we will try once again when the opportunity arises.
