The Texarkana Entertainment District is Open

The Texarkana Entertainment District is now open, which means you can get an adult beverage in a to-go cup and stroll the streets of Downtown Texarkana.The 14 block Rail Yard Entertainment District will allow adults (21 & up) to consume alcohol outside of establishments, as long as it was purchased from an establishment in the entertainment district and is in an approved container.

Entertainment district boundaries are distinguished by a green strip on the road with signs at each corner of the district with the hours of operation.
