If you don't sacrifice for what you want, what you want will end up being the sacrifice.

If you do right now what other people won't do, you will end up having what other people can't have later. And it's not at all about other people, but it has everything to do with you and your work ethic... whether it's obtaining the body you want, the paper you want or the man you want... If you want it bad enough, boo, you're going to have to sacrifice NOW for what you want later. Anything worth having is worth sacrificing for. If you're not willing to sacrifice for it, be discipline to get it, I am bold enough to tell you that you really don't want it.
