Texas Department of Public Safety and other law agencies in Texas are still looking for the man they suspect hit a motorcyclist outside of Wake Village on Saturday, May 4, and fled the scene.

KTALnews.com stated that the Texas Department of Public Safety has issued a warrant for Miguel Juarez-Rodriguez. The warrant is for failure to render aid in a collision causing death.

Law enforcement believes that Rodriguez struck James Wooten with his truck while Wooten was on his motorcycle riding on U.S. Hwy 67 and Kelly Road outside of Wake Village, Texas.

Rodriguez’s truck was found two days later on Monday, May 6.
