Ever stop to wonder what we did before the day and age of apps like Google Maps, Pandora, and the Weather app? I mean... how did we ever find directions to get anywhere?You know they say a girl's only as good as her most recently downloaded app. Well, there may be a bit of truth to that. So, I thought I'd share with you all the top 10 apps on my phone that make my life easier.

#1 Starbucks App

Coffee is my best friend every morning. All my friends and family know it, so they get me gift cards. Who wants to have to keep up with another dang card? Well, you don't have to. You can load your card onto your Starbucks app, and instead of rummaging through your bag looking for a card, you can just hand the nice Starbucks attendant your phone. It just makes getting your morning crack a little easier. :)

#2 Dr. On Demand App

This app is a lifesaver! Literally. I avoid germy doctor's office waiting rooms at all cost. Dr. on Demand connects you in minutes with a board certified physician and doctoral-level therapists over live video. They will talk to you, diagnose you, and send  in your prescription to your pharmacy of choice and you never have to leave your bed.

#3 SmartRecord App

As a radio jock, SmartRecord plays an important role in my job. With this app, I can easily record, email/share, transcribe, trim/edit or organize your voice recordings from anywhere.

#4 Canva App

This app makes my graphic design work easy from the palm of my hand. Canva is very useful for editing photos, making pic collages, logos, invitations or posters.

#5 Plant Nanny

If you are like me and have a difficult time getting in the proper amount of water, this app is perfect for you. The more water you drink, the more the plant will grow. However, if you don't drink water, the plant dies.

#6 Switcher App

No need to spend thousands of dollars on special gear, this app will make your videos fire.  It allows you to switch between cameras, photo and video while your event (i.e. FB Live) is in progress. Dope to use!

#7 Todoist App

This app helps me get all my tasks out of my head and onto a to-do list! Todoist will literally organize your entire life and make you much more productive. It keeps track of everything from simple errands to your most daunting tasks and projects.

 #8 Epicurious

Although I'm not one to spend a ton of time in the kitchen, I love my Epicurous app because it not only gives me an infinite amount of recipes to choose from, it also makes out my grocery list for me. #winning

#9 Power 95-9

Music is my life. It's my happy place! I'm loving this new Power app. I can get my favorite Top 40s songs, news, weather, and local alerts right here. MAJIC 93.3 APP COMING SOON!

#10. Bleacher Report App

Being that I'm a Greenbay Packer fan, but a Texas girl, football season can be a bit of a challenge because my team's games aren't always televised like some other teams I won't bother to mention. So, I rely heavily on the Bleacher Report app to give me down by down, play by play action on those days I'm either on the road and can't get to a TV or the game isn't showing on TV.

To the App gods, I am forever grateful for keeping me in mind during the creative-app-making-process. Now if someone would just create an app that would pump my gas for me, I would be set for life!
