Keeta King’s Top ‘Wine Down’ Spots In Texarkana

As the new chick, I've been fortunate to find a few watering holes since I've been here. I'm well beyond my "party days," but I love a good Wine Down spot.  And as your Best Friend at Work, it's only right that I share my favorite spots with ya!

Monday - Twisted Forks has $4 wells (good wells), 5 pm - 7 pm

Tuesday - Day of Blogging and Zzzzzz

Wednesday - Verona has "Wine Wednesday" with half-price wine 5-7. They also offer a 5-glass wine tasting flight for $15

Thursday - Back to Twisted Fork for Martini Thursday for $5.50 martinis, 5 pm - 7 pm.

OR

Pecan Point - This spot is more of a bistro club, and on Wednesday evenings you can get a flight of beer for $12.

Friday - BACK TO Twisted Fork for the same Monday special BUT BETTER... The Friday night special lasts all night. Warning:You better get there no later than 5:30- 6 pm if you want a seat on the lounge side.

So, there you have it! If you're not into doing a whole lot of "Extra" with a lot of "Extra" people, TK has some of the best Wine Down spots I've visited.  Maybe we'll run into each other one of these evenings.
