Looking For Volunteers – Bringle Lake Park
The Texarkana, Texas Parks and Recreation announced the schedule for summer cleanup and painting at the Bringle Lake Art Park, located off Waterworks Lake Rd and CR 2311 in Texarkana, Texas. They are looking for volunteers.
The schedule is as follows:
June 01, 2019-Opening Day for Cleanup and Painting
8:30-11:30 AM
June 15, 2019 – Cleanup Day Only
8:30-10:30 AM
July 20, 2019-Painting Only Day
8:30-10:30 AM
August 03, 2019-Closing Cleanup Day
8:30-11:30 AM
The department is asking the community to assist with litter removal, shoreline cleanup, minor landscaping in designated areas. It is also seeking artists to paint murals and create other forms of art installations.

How to get to the Bringle Lake Art Park:
Richmond Rd head North toward Wamba for 3.8 miles,
Turn right onto Co Rd 2311 for, drive .7 miles,
Turn right onto Waterworks Lake Rd and continue for .8 miles
