Texarkana Man Fatally Shot At Chili’s

A person is dead after a shooting in the parking lot of Chili's restaurant, according to Texarkana, Texas, Police.

Little information is available at the moment. Police are reporting that the 30-year-old male was pronounced dead at the scene.  As it stands, there has been no information released about pertaining to the suspect.
