Women’s Self Defense Class Offered at University of Arkansas – Hope/Texarkana

Ladies, if an unfortunate event were to take place, can you protect yourself? If not, you need to make sure to attend the Women's Defense Class Saturday, June 1, 9 AM - Noon at the University of Arkansas Hope- Texarkana branch located at 2500 South Main Street, Hope, AR in Hempstead Hall in the Fulton Suite.

This event is free to all women and is brought to you by the University of Arkansas. The class will cover the following three layers of defense:

1. Prevention
2. Avoidance
3. Awareness
