It's that time of year, we "Fall Back" to Standard Time this weekend...

Time once again to turn your clocks back one hour at bedtime Saturday night as we return to Standard Time this weekend. The time change actually occurs at 2 AM on Sunday but the easiest thing to do is set it back when you go to bed.

The good news is you and I get an extra hour of sleep this weekend. Once we are back on Standard Time, you will notice that it gets light an hour earlier in the mornings and dark an hour earlier in the evenings.

Daylight Savings returns in March of 2020 when we will Spring Forward one hour.
