Former President Bill Clinton stopped at the Downtown Post Office in Texarkana on Sunday to campaign for Democratic Candidates in Arkansas.

The former President spoke on behalf of Congressional Candidate James Lee Witt and Governor Candidate Mike Ross, and also U.S. Senate Candidate Mark Pryor. Also speaking was Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe.

Clinton said the only way to move the coountry forward was by working together and that these candidates were the ones to vote for if you wanted that to happen.

He also decried outside interest in putting up negative advertisements against the Democratic Candidates in the race.

Clinton said turnout would be the key to winning the election on Tuesday.
