Free Meals + Other Freebies for Vets on Veterans Day in Texarkana

Today (Nov.11) is Veterans Day and to honor our military men and women what better way than with free food from participating restaurants across the country and Texarkana.

Many restaurants are offering great deals, discounts, and even some freebies as their way of saying, "thank you for your service." Note: Be sure to call or check with your local restaurant or business to see if they’re participating and what proof of service is required.

Applebee’s

You don't have to do the "Fancy Like" dance to receive a free meal from a special menu. All active military and veterans have to do is show their official military ID.

Chili’s Grill & Bar

Active Duty Military and Veterans receive one complimentary meal from a selected veterans menu on Nov. 11.

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

This is Military Family Appreciation Month at Cracker Barrel. Veterans receive a free slice of Double Fudge Coca-Cola Cake with their meal. In-store specials all month long to help support military families with Operation Homefront. Military ID required.

Dunkin’ Donuts

Active duty military can enjoy a free donut at Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants nationwide, no purchase necessary.

El Chico

Veterans and active military receive a free meal of their choice, limit $20.

All veterans, active and non-active military cab stop by Golden Corral to pick up a free “thank you meal” promotional card that’s good for one free lunch or dinner buffet and beverage through November. Limited to one card per person.

Hooters

Veterans can get 10 free boneless wings with the purchase of any 10 from a variety of wing styles on Veterans Day.

IHOP

Active Duty Military and Veterans receive free Red, White, & Blue Pancakes on Wednesday, November 11, from 7AM to 7PM.

Little Caesars Pizza

From 11AM to 2PM all veterans and active military receive a free Lunch Combo, features 4 slices of Little Ceasar's Detroit-style Deep Dish Pizza with a 20oz Pepsi product.
