A fundraiser will be held on Saturday, Aug. 26, in honor of Chloe Cox. You can also enter the raffles to win great prizes. Later in the morning they will serve hot dogs, chips and drinks for $3.

The fundraiser will be from 7AM until 12PM at Exceed Urgent Care in Texarkana which is also the location for folks to donate of items for the garage sale as well as bake sale items this week.

Chloe Cox was an amazing young girl who lost her battle with cancer last month. Her parents could use some help with the mounds of bills that piled up during Chloe's long, hard fight.

The family took many trips out of town for treatments for Chloe. Then Chloe’s parents both took a leave of absence from work to be home with Chloe during final days. Now they need our help. This benefit will help ease some of the financial hardship for the Cox family during this devastating time. This family just lost their 13 year old daughter and finding the money to pay the bills is the last thing these folks need to have weighing on their minds.

Chloe passed away after her battle with a very rare and very aggressive brain cancer. She endured multiple surgeries, weeks of radiation and months of chemotherapy before succumbing to the disease on July 26, 2017.

“We are asking anyone and everyone to come by and help this amazing family out. You can donate items for the garage sale, money or just your time to help show support,” Tonya Dubois, owner of Exceed Urgent Care said.

Donations for the garage sale can be dropped off at Exceed Urgent Care, 3725 Mall Drive, Texarkana, Texas, Monday through Friday from 8AM to 8PM. For more information, you can call Tonya Dubois at 903-306-0001.
