If you've known me for any extended period of time, you know I love to dance. You probably also know I work out only because I HAVE to... not necessarily because I want to. So I like workouts that don't really feel like "workouts". Follow me?? In other words, trick me into working out and before I know it I'm sweating, burning calories and having a blast doing so. lol That's what dancing with Coach Cookie does for me!! Her dance workouts are fun! Sometimes they're high energy.... sometimes they're sexy, but at the end of the day, they're effective! Trust me you won't stop moving, but you won't care! lol
