One Dog Still in Need of a Home in Texarkana Before it’s Too Late

Update May 6 at 3PM: More great news as Macie was adopted. That means all 4 dogs that were on Red Alert were adopted!! Way to go Texarkana!

Some good news, three of the four dogs have been adopted! There is still one on Red Alert Have you been thinking about getting a new four-legged family member? Now is the time to do so and help these pups before it's too late.

The Animal Care and Pet Adoption facility in Texarkana Still has one dog on Red Alert and in need of a home ASAP. There were 4 dogs that are on Red Alert.

Macie still needs a home and she has until 5PM on Thursday May 6. They describe Macie as:

Macie is a black mouth cur mix. She’s been here a few months and is very sweet, but she’s very picky on the dogs she allows around her. She has a dominance issue. If you’re willing to adopt her you just bring your dog(s) to meet her to make sure she is okay with them.

Once Macie is adopted remember that the Animal Care and Pet Adoption Center is full and there are so many more great dogs and cats that need a forever home!  If the facility can keep the adoptions up we wouldn't ever have to worry about a Red Alert again.
