'Putt For A Purpose' Saturday At Texarkana Country Club

The Texarkana Angel Fund Foundations "Putt For A Purpose" will be Saturday at 6:00 PM at The Texarkana Country Club.
The annual event is a fundraiser for the Angel fund foundation. The event features a drawdown with a chance to win $5,000, a great silent auction with items from local businesses, and great musical entertainment as well.

This is what the organizers for the event had to say:

The 'Putt For A Purpose is a fundraiser benefitting Angel Fund Foundation and its continued assistance of cancer patients in our community. Putt For A Purpose is a drawdown event and dinner, featuring musical entertainment, silent auction and fun putt.

But the highlight of the fundraiser is putting on the Texarkana Country Club practice green. Participants will put on the practice green for their chance to win prizes. There will be great musical entertainment as well.

The Angel Fund Foundation is a 501c3 charitable organization. This is their mission statement from the website. 'The sole purpose is to provide support for cancer patients in need. We would love to hear how cancer has affected your life and for you to join our team. Together, we can make a difference.'
