The National Insurance Crime Bureau publishes an annual report on the most stolen vehicles in the United States, but we're taking it one step further, this is the list of the Top 10 most stolen vehicles in the Great State of Arkansas. The Texas Department of Public Safety continues to have a very productive 2023 so far as they have recently reported capturing three more of their Top 10 Fugitives and Sex Offenders. One was even captured right here in East Texas.
