Taste of Texarkana is Tuesday, October 18 at Four States Fairgrounds

Taste of Texarkana is Tuesday, October 18, 5PM-8PM at Four States Fairgrounds. The Taste will feature over 40 restaurants, in excess of 25 “Top Quality” wines an array of hand crafted Beers and Ales, and an assortment of specialty vendors that will brighten your lives as well as your taste buds.

Adults 21+ $20 in advance, $25 at door
Youth 6-20 $10 in advance, $12 at door
Children 2-5 $5 in advance, $6 at door

No need to worry, if there is any food left over it will be donated to the agencies that Harvest Texarkana Serves. All proceeds are benefiting Harvest Texarkana Regional Food Bank which serves 11 counties. For every dollar that is made, Harvest Texarkana can serve five meals.

There will be a special stage where Texarkana’s brightest chefs will be creating and demonstrating their signature dishes for deserving palates. Vincent Senatore will match the demonstrated dishes with the perfect wine.

Chef Eric Cochran: Coconut Curry Soup Served with Sauvignon Blanc.

Chef Jeff Loving: Seared prosciutto wrapped scallops served over asiago-jalapeno polenta with a pomegranate reduction. Served with Viognier.

Chef Kevin Yeager: Jalapeno Garlic Tilapia served with Chardonnay.

Chef Brandon Thrash: Salmon Tamale Stone ground jalapeno cheese grits and salmon Served with Pinot Noir.

Chef Bryan Ogburn: Super surprise Served with a very “Yummy” wine.
