There are 11 days til election day, and according to the Washington Post, at least 51.8  million people have voted nationwide. We've all felt the big urge and push to get to the polls to participate in early voting in this election. Tens of millions of ballots have already been cast. At this rate, early voting will hit record-level participation before November 3, the actual election day.

I spoke with Andrea Jackson in Miller County, who said she's going to vote tomorrow, and plans to pack a small snack and water just in case she's in line for a lengthy period of time.

It is paramount that we get to the polls and vote early regardless of the line length. A wait should not stop anyone from casting their votes early. Everyone needs a plan according to their needs just in case the wait is lengthy. I am a diabetic. So, I'm bringing a small snack in the event I need it.
