Friday’s Pearls Of Wisdom

Beware of distractions. The number one vehicle the enemy uses to get to you is people. Always know that.

Here's the thing... everything and everybody don't deserve your response.

We will spend hours planning out how a conversation or argument is gonna go. "When he says this, then I'm gonna say that!!"  "If she says that, I'ma clap back with this!" Now how much time and energy have we wasted..... that you could've put into something productive? These are distractions.... time wasters... energy stealers.... vibe killers!
I've said this many times before, and I'ma say it again....A dog can sit, look up at the moon and howl all night long and nobody will ever say a word or think to much about it... cause that's what dogs do. However, the moment the moon looks down and howls back at the dog, it’ll make front page news. So moral to the story:  I don't know your name.... but you know mine. And to bark back at you will take away from my shine.

Hmmm... Somebody needed to hear that today.
