It’s Smoked Turkey Time – Have You Ordered Your Holiday Bird Yet?

Just a reminder that if you were thinking about ordering your holiday bird from Troop 3, now's the time to take care of that. The smoking of the turkeys begins next weekend, November 16 - 18.

Ready or not, the holidays have arrived, the time for thinking about it is over, time to take action. The Boys Scouts of America, Caddo Area Council,  Troop 3 of Texarkana raises funds each year by selling and smoking turkeys, so if you want to help the BSA and get a great turkey, now's the time.

Just pick the rub that sounds best to you;

• Salt & Pepper
• Brown Sugar
• Cajun

Then contact one of the Troop 3 Scouts, Venture Scouts or leaders and turn in your order. Pickup dates will be November 17 & 18. Or if you would rather get your bird for Christmas, the pickup dates will be December 15 & 16.

Or you could do both!

Your fully cooked and ready to eat smoked turkeys will only cost $40 and all proceeds go directly to the Boys Scouts and Venture Scouts of Troop 3 to further advance the experiences of the youth that attend and to assist those who can not afford the experience of being a scout.
