A major factor of growth is ENVIRONMENT. If you’re always at the head of the class, you’re in the wrong class. If you’re the smartest person in your circle or crew, you need a new circle. You have to get around people who are smarter than you, more experienced than you… wiser and maybe even wealthier than you.  Only then are you exposed to an atmosphere that promotes growth and transformation.
