You have to stop telling bad spirits good news. 

The two simply can't coexist. Bad spirits don't do good news. And if possible, they will spoil any goodness in any and everything you tell them.

Have you ever been really excited about something and you tell it to someone with a bad spirit? Did you notice how you left that conversation feeling? Whatever that thing was you were initially excited or happy about doesn't feel as goods it did at first. That's because you told a bad spirit your good news and they sucked the life out of a good thing. That's why sometimes it's just best to keep things to yourself.
