It is never too late to start.  Instead of looking at it as starting late in 2019, view it as starting early for 2020. Look I was just like you.... "Get healthy" was at the top of things to accomplish this year... I finally made it work for my schedule and I'm entering week 3. So by the time 2020 hits, this workout thing will be a lifestyle, not just another New Years resolution. GET STARTED FRIENDS.
